Are we there yet?

This is officially the longest winter ever. I'm starting to feel like I did when I was 6 and we'd drive the 2.5 hours to our cabin: like no matter how many books on tape I listened to, we were NEVER, ever going to get there. When will it be spring?!?

I may have been born in a blizzard but the ridiculous amounts of snow {read shoveling} and times I've gotten stuck in the alley trying to get to work are out of control.

Also, that song about snowflakes on eyelashes? Total BS.
It isn't pleasant.
It isn't one of my favorite things.
It stings.

My heart sooo goes out to you Cal!

I grew up in Minn. - St. Cloud. Even lived in Mpls. for awhile. Finally moved out of the state for good, sometime in my late 20's. Love the state...hated that weather...but still love snow (even shoveling!). That's why I'm in the right part of Colorado to stay! Not too much snow, not too much cold, no summer humidity. Nice :~)

Yes! Well it is for me, anyway. Seriously, it's 35 degrees out there right now! By my calendar it's been spring for about 2 weeks. Of course, spring is usually when we get most of our snow, so given how much we've already gotten that's probably not much consolation.
