Trust

 Before this storm blew through and dumped more than a foot of snow on the Twin Cities, my parents and I made a quick trip up the cabin on Saturday.

Mom and I went thrifting and Dad planned to take a nap. He called Mom's cell phone about 15 minutes after handing me the keys to his BMW.

"How's she doing? Is she ok? She's a good driver. You know, I wouldn't trust her if I didn't trust her."
