Tea two ways

"I just read an article about ginger tea. Did you know it is supposed to help if you have an upset stomach?"

"Yeah, Mom, I told you that a few months back, remember?"

"Hmm, right. I knew I had heard it somewhere. Do you know how to make it?"

"Well, I think so...I mean I just--"

"All you have to do is buy some ginger root from the grocery store. Peel some of the barkish stuff off a piece of it and then grate it and use that to steep your tea. Then you just take the leftover ginger and put it in the freezer because it lasts forever that way. I'm not sure how long it lasts if you don't freeze it, you'd have to look it up, but if you just toss it in the freezer you're set. How do you make it?"

"I just buy a box of ginger tea from the store."

"Oh. That works too..."

I think I would just buy it from the store too. If I drank ginger tea. I mean....they have full on tea stores.....she's been....she's a tea drinker...I wonder if you can make peppermint tea by soaking a candy cane in hot water.

LOL I would rather buy straight from the store too :D

I love ginger tea. At my favorite massage place, they always serve you a cup after a deep tissue massage. SO GOOD.
